Day of Rejuvenation

In preparation for the Holiday season, we believe it's important to take care of
ourselves. Spend a day wrapped up in warmth as we explore different forms of self-
pampering. There will be many centers of bliss set up throughout the space and we
encourage you to indulge in all of the delights available.
Wear loose comfortable clothing, bring warm fluffy socks or slippers, as shoes will not be allowed! Bring a water bottle and a savory appetizer to share with the group. We will provide sweet snacks, a vegetable tray and all the tea, coffee and chocolate you can consume.
Retreat fee: $75
$20 extra for massage or reflexology
$35 extra for both massage and reflexology
Please indicate whether you want to receive a massage, reflexology or both upon registration so we accommodate everyone in this day of bliss. All bodywork sessions are 15–20 minutes in length. If you would like a longer session please contact us and we will see what we can arrange.
This retreat will be held in the Seattle area. Directions will be provided upon registration.
