Accepting, Receiving, and Vulnerability

We will spend the day discussing the difference between accepting and receiving, and why
it is so hard to open the heart to receive genuine praise from another person. We will
work on healing wounds through meditation, shamanic journeying, journaling and collage.
This day will be spent practicing giving and taking in praise, for each of us has amazing
gifts that make us unique and important to the world. Spend time contemplating how your
small contribution can change the earth.
Wear or bring layers of clothes, a water bottle, a votive candle, some magazines, cards or other things to cut up, and your compassion.
Lunch will be provided.
Retreat fee: $125
This retreat will be held in the Seattle area. Directions will be provided upon registration.
